Design & Shape
The frame construction is designed to create the right solidity during the movement. The 6mm plate thickness and a footprint of 38x36cm ensure almost zero wobbling. All three pipes are 38mm in diameter, which guarantees a solid grip for perfect gymnastics movements. You can also use them for assistance in split stance exercises like the Bulgarian split squat.

Our athletes and trainers came to the conclusion that 22-27-31 cm are the perfect heights to scale the intensity of several movements such as push ups, L-sit, planche and handstand variations as well as for more advanced calisthenics exercises.
