You can initiate a return & refund request within 14 days from the delivery of the product, provided the product is still in its original packing. After examining the condition of the returned product, refund will be done within 7-10 working days. However, in case of equipment, once the product is shipped and installation is done, we will not accept return of the product. At the time of installation, if in case, any manufacturing defect is detected, the equipment will either be repaired free of cost or replaced as a final measure.
GENERAL
Returns will not be accepted for pre-ordered items. A refund fee will be applicable for all non-cash payments equivalent to deductions made by the payment gateway.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Standard warranty of 1 Year from the date of purchase is applicable on all equipment. Warranty covers both labour and spare parts.
Warranty is applicable to manufacturing defects only. It does not cover defects caused by wear & tear, misuse, failure to abide by the instructions provided in the product manual.
The warranty shall be waived or deemed invalidated if the equipment is proven to be tempered with any other person/party other than technicians provided by Athlestore.
