Eleiko’s Vulcano Discs are a solid steel core protected by a durable coating designed to withstand high volume varied training. Five generous grip holes are evenly spaced around the circumference of the discs for easy and secure handling. While ideal for powerlifting and use with plate loaded strength machines, the smooth and comfortable grip holes also allow for handheld weighted dynamic functional strength movements. The 100 kg set includes 2 each of the 5, 10, 15 and 20 kg discs. The 150 kg set includes 2 each of the 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 kg discs.
