Yes, all payments are made securely through our trusted Payment Gateway.
It may take up to 48 hours for us to allocate the funds to your order. If the status hasn’t been changed after 48 Hours we suggest you contact us as we might not be able to allocate the payment due to the reference that was used.
It means your order has not yet left our warehouse. Once the status changes to Completed it has left our warehouse.
All orders above KWD 19 will be eligible for free delivery across Kuwait.

All items sold at Athlestore are guaranteed to be delivered with in Kuwait may take between 3-5 days for small equipment and 3-7 days for heavy equipment. Orders that require customization may take up to or more than 10 days. Please contact +965 67635635 for delivery-related queries.
This time frame is only an estimate based on the majority of orders. Most orders will arrive sooner, and on average yours should too.
Your order is guaranteed to be delivered. Any delays in delivery will be communicated to you.
Once your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email that include the order details that will deliver your package.
Yes, however only if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. If the order has been dispatched you will have to receive it and send it back at your own costs. Also note that cancelled orders due to you not wanting it carries a handling / cancellation fee.
You need to contact our support team before the order is dispatch, once the order has been dispatched an additional delivery fee will be charged to change the address

If your order is lost, damaged or stolen, we will either send you a replacement order or we will refund the full order to you. It’s at our sole discretion to choose whether to replace or refund the order.
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, please follow the warranty process and contact our Support Center for authorization within 7 days of the order being received.
